1. About us
This online store is operated by Boulos Frères & Co. SAL, exclusive agent of Grundig products in Lebanon, located on the Beirut–Damascus International Highway, Boulos Frères Building, ground floor, Hazmieh, Baabda, Lebanon. By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
All products sold in this store are genuine Grundig products imported by Boulos Frères & Co. SAL. We make every effort to display product photos, descriptions and specifications accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
3. Prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include VAT. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and will inform you.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We will contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be reached, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel your order, you will not be charged.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. Payment is due in full to our delivery partner when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon only. Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk of the products pass to you when you receive and pay for them.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the Grundig warranty provided by Boulos Frères & Co. SAL, as stated on the warranty card or invoice supplied with your product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow the instruction manual. For warranty service, please contact us with your order number or invoice.
9. Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including by placing false orders, attempting to access it without authorisation, or interfering with its operation. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Boulos Frères & Co. SAL or its licensors, including Grundig, and may not be copied without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
